Some singles will think they have a good reason not to upload their photo. Other singles can also assume you're hiding your face because you're already in a relationship. Some married people or those in a relationship go online to have affairs. Uploading your photo shows you're honest and have nothing to hide. Online dating services will advise you in their own help sections to avoid contacting singles with no photo. They want to keep everything as honest and up front as possible.

With your online dating profile photo you keep the dating web sites happy, and keep the other singles clicking on your profile. If you don't make either of these happy you won't get the results you’re after. You're there to find a partner so make it look like you're looking for one.
